Uhm; don’t tell me I’m making my muscles eat themselves. Expecially coming from someone whos goal weight is far below their healthy weight. I know what and how much my body needs.
There are people who run 10 miles a day and then some. As long as I am consuming enough calories to support my daily exercise I will continue building muscle and losing fat. Thank you for your input but I am perfectly fine determining my exercise routine.
